MasjidNexus subscriptions are sold through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which processes payments and refunds.

Every masjid starts with a free 30-day trial with every feature. No payment details are needed, so nothing is charged during the trial, and you can decide before you pay.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Paddle under the Paddle Refund Policy. Your rights under the law where you live, such as a right to cancel, aren’t affected.
How to ask
Use the link in your receipt email, or contact Paddle’s buyer support at paddle.net. A refund goes back to the payment method you used; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or card.
When a payment is refunded
If the latest payment is refunded in full, the subscription it paid for ends straight away and won’t renew. The portal becomes read-only and your masjid’s data is kept, so you can subscribe again later.
Cancelling instead
To stop paying, cancel from the portal at any time. Your subscription stays active until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and doesn’t renew. Cancelling doesn’t refund the current year.
Your masjid’s data
A refund or cancellation doesn’t delete your masjid’s data. To delete it, see Account deletion.
