Lay out every screen exactly the way you want

Every part of the screen is yours to change. Start from a ready-made design or a blank screen, then add, remove and move any content, such as prayer times, clocks, verses, announcements, slides or a donation QR code, and resize each block.

Choose a background colour, a geometric pattern or one of about 70 artworks, plus your accent colour and font. The preview matches the TV exactly, and nothing changes on the TV until you press Publish.

Explore the screen designer

Watch one screen change step by step, or choose a step to see it.

Move. Move any content from one side of the screen to the other.

Add. Add a verse, hadith, announcements, slides and more, and the rest makes room.

Remove. Take out what you don't need, and the rest fills the space.

Clocks. Digital, analog or both, with four analog designs.

QR codes. A QR code for donations, the congregation app or any link.

Resize. Give each block the share of the screen it needs.

Bigger times. Hide the name, and the prayer times grow into its space with bigger text.

Light or dark. Any background colour; the text turns dark or light to match. Boxes can be filled, outlined or plain.

Patterns and borders. 12 Islamic geometric patterns and a decorative border, in your colours.

Art backgrounds. About 70 artworks to choose from, with text contrast set for you.

As many screens as your masjid needs

Your subscription has no screen limit. Put a screen in the prayer hall, the women's prayer hall, the lobby, the entrance, the wudu area, the classrooms and the community hall, and add another whenever you need one, at no extra cost. Each screen has its own design and language, in landscape or portrait. To add one, plug a Google TV device into any screen and enter your 6-digit Masjid ID. The portal lists every screen, with which are online and when each was last seen.

One subscription, three apps that work as one

Set something once in the portal and it reaches every screen and phone. Post an announcement and it appears on every screen and reaches the phones of everyone who follows your masjid, in their own language.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need special hardware?

Any Android TV or Google TV device works. A Google TV stick in the TV you already have is enough.

How many screens can we use?

As many as you need. One subscription covers every screen in your masjid, and each can have its own design and language.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. The TV calculates the times itself and keeps everything it needs, then catches up with your changes when the connection returns.

Can we set our own iqama times?

Yes. Choose a fixed time or minutes after the adhan for each prayer, and plan seasonal changes for Ramadan or summer.

Which calculation methods are supported?

Automatic by country, any of over 90 named authorities, or your own angles, with rules for high latitudes.

Is the app free for our congregation?

Yes. Worshippers download MasjidNexus for free and follow your masjid. They don't need an account.

Can we try it before paying?

Yes. Every masjid starts with a 30-day free trial with every feature, and no card is needed.

How do we pay?

Once a year after the free trial, online through our secure payment gateway. You can cancel any time.
