Calculated for your location, adjusted to your practice, and identical on your screens, in the app and on paper.

Calculation you can rely on

  • Automatic by country, any of over 90 named authorities (national bodies plus MWL, ISNA, Moonsighting and others), or your own angles.
  • Shafi'i or Hanafi Asr, and Maghrib by angle where your method uses one.
  • High-latitude rules (middle of the night, seventh of the night, twilight angle) and options for the polar regions.
  • Your masjid's own time zone and daylight saving apply automatically, even if a TV's clock is set wrong.

Adjusted to your practice

Move any prayer, including Sunrise, by a few minutes, and see the calculated and adjusted times side by side. The Hijri date can move up to two days either way to match your local moon sighting.

Iqama rules instead of spreadsheets

  • For each prayer's iqama (jamaat), choose a fixed time or a number of minutes after the adhan. Dhuha can follow sunrise.
  • A fixed iqama can never fall before the adhan: it moves to five minutes after it automatically.

Seasonal changes, planned once

Create named periods, such as Ramadan for this year or Summer for every year, changing only the prayers you choose. You're warned when periods overlap. The day before a change, the screens show a notice, and people who follow your masjid can get a phone alert.

Jumu'ah and Taraweeh

Up to three sessions each. Jumu'ah can follow Dhuhr or be fixed, with khutbah times, and Taraweeh can follow the Isha iqama.

Prayer time questions

We follow the Hanafi Asr. Is that supported?

Yes, with any calculation method.

We are in the UK, Canada or Scandinavia. What about summer Isha and Fajr?

Choose a high-latitude rule and the times stay sensible all year.

Do we have to update times for daylight saving?

No, that happens automatically.

Our iqama times are fixed for the whole month. Can we do that?

Yes. Set fixed times, and change them with a seasonal period when the month changes.
