Roles and permissions
A Primary Admin has full access. For Admins, you switch 15 permissions on or off, such as times, screens, announcements and the slideshow. Only primary admins manage who has access, and there is always at least one.
Invite by email
New people get a code by email; people who already have an account see an invitation to accept or decline. Resend or cancel any invitation, and sign in with email or Google.
Every admin protected
Every password sign-in has a second step, with an email code or an authenticator app. Passwords are checked against known breaches, and the mobile app unlocks with Face ID or fingerprint.
Editing together, safely
Screens have drafts and a publish step, and you're warned when someone else is editing the same screen.
Know who changed what
The activity log records who changed what and when, from prayer times and announcements to your profile and your admins. Filter it by admin, area and date.

Your data, your decision
Delete your account or the whole masjid yourself, with 30 days to change your mind.
Team and security questions
Who can invite admins?
Only primary admins. They invite people by email as an admin or as another primary admin.
What if our primary admin leaves?
Make another admin a primary admin first. A masjid always keeps at least one primary admin, so the last one can't be removed by mistake.
Is two-step sign-in required?
Yes, for every sign-in with a password: after the password comes a code by email, or from an authenticator app if you set one up.
Can admins sign in with Google?
Yes, on the web and in the iPhone and Android app.
