If a payment fails
The portal asks you to update your card, and you keep full access for a 30-day grace period. After that, the portal becomes read-only until you renew.
Pricing & subscription questions
What happens when the free trial ends?
We email you a week before and the day before. Subscribe from the portal to carry on. If you don't, your screens show a message asking you to renew and the portal becomes read-only. Everything is kept for 90 days, so you can still subscribe and carry on, and we email you 30 days before it's deleted.
Is there a monthly plan?
No. There's one plan, billed once a year: US$95 per masjid, with every feature and unlimited screens.
Do we need a subscription for each masjid?
Yes. Each masjid has its own subscription, covering all of its screens. If you look after several masjids, talk to us and we'll find the right arrangement.
Which payment methods can we use?
The payment gateway shows the methods available in your country at checkout, including cards.
How do we change our card or get our invoices?
From Manage subscription in the portal. It opens our payment gateway's billing page, where you can update your payment method and download your invoices.
What happens if we cancel?
Your subscription stays active until the end of the year you've paid for, then it doesn't renew. Until that date, you can turn renewal back on from the portal.
What happens if our subscription ends?
Your screens and the portal keep working for a 30-day grace period, with a reminder on the screens. After that, the screens show a message asking you to renew and the portal becomes read-only. Your data is kept for 12 months: renew, and everything works as before.
Can we get a refund?
Try everything free for 30 days first, with no card needed. After you pay, refunds are handled by our payment provider under its refund policy; our Refund Policy explains how to ask.
